In the repair of PU panels or in the filling of holes, the Rigipur Froth range is a thermoacoustic insulation that simplifies the application work. As it is stored in cylinders, Rigipur Froth is the solution tailored to these challenges.
Main markets
If there is the need of thermal and acoustic insulation for residential and commercial buildings and industries, the Rigipur Spray range is the solution. Used in the internal “filling” of walls in light steel frame construction systems, wood frame, drywall, in industrial piping, air conditioning ducts, liners, covers, structuring and insulation of bathtubs, spas, among others, the Rigipur Spray range adheres well to any type of substrate.

For prototyping or product with structural function, the Rigipur STR range is also the most recommended for mock wood. In addition to offering the required rigidity to produce aerodynamic parts for vehicles, such as spoilers and airfoils, to surf board blocks for leisure and high performance for competitions.

Purcom produces the polyol polyester in Brazil, an essential raw material for the formulation of the polyisocyanurate - PIR, which is present in the most innovative and sustainable works in the world. Used for the manufacture of cores in plates or injection molding products, Purcom’s PIR systems may be produced in continuous and discontinuous processes, both in high and low densities. The PIR is a compound that does not propagate flames, and its smoke production is of only 2%, allowing its approval within the IT10 Standard (Instrução técnica N°10/19 ) against fire.
